Quezac Infra & Developers provides end-to-end construction and infrastructure solutions. All project agreements are subject to local New Delhi municipal laws and RERA guidelines. We reserve the right to modify service specifications based on site conditions, structural necessity (such as IGL Pile Line adjustments), or regulatory changes, provided such changes are communicated to the client in writing.

Scope of Work & Standard Chunk

All construction work is carried out based on approved architectural blueprints and structural designs. Any deviations requested by the client after the commencement of work may result in additional costs and extended timelines. We prioritize structural integrity above all, ensuring all materials used meet the specified ISI standards.

Payment Terms

Payments are structured based on project milestones (e.g., Foundation, Plinth, Casting, Finishing). Delayed payments may result in a temporary suspension of on-site work. All quotes provided are valid for 30 days, after which they may be subject to revision based on the fluctuating cost of raw materials like steel and cement.

Client blueprints, financial records, and personal data are stored securely and are never shared with third parties, except for necessary regulatory submissions. Project data is retained for the duration of the structural warranty period to provide ongoing support and maintenance.
